Dennis Bernard has made a name for himself across Chicago’s culinary scene, as he’s worked at several of the city’s top performing restaurants. Most recently he led as Chef de Cuisine at The Publican, and has previously been a culinary leader at Blackbird, Dove’s Luncheonette and Big Star. Fairview, Bernard’s first solo venture, is a rotisserie-focused concept, drawing inspiration from both Latin and American flavors. With seasonality and locality at
the forefront, Bernard is excited to give new life to the rotisserie concept by highlighting spit-roasted meats, fish and vegetables along with a selection of salads and ceviches.
